The most effective way to add responses (for example from a Paper surveys / Phone Surveys) to the engine would be:

• Click on the Edit Survey link/tab for the appropriate survey
• Click on Preview link
• Take the survey (Enter your responses) and Submit. Make sure you close the window after you submit your response.
• Click on Preview link again to input the next response ...

Note: clicking on the Preview button erases any cookie information that is present.
