How do I log in to my account?
Starting November 1, 2009, you will need to use the email address on your account for logging in. Passwords will remain the same and this change will not affect any of the surveys or data currently existing in your account.

If you update/change the email address on your account, same will apply for logging in. Please use the updated email address for logging in.
Having trouble logging in?
Please use the Forgot Login link. The password will be emailed to your email address.

I have not received the password at my email address.
Please check your SPAM/Junk mail folder / filter for our email.
- The email is sent from the email address: noreply@questionpro.com
- Please add: noreply@questionpro.com to your address book and safe sender list
- Please request the password again.
I don't have access to the account email address.
Please get in touch with support. For security reasons you will be required to provide the following information:
- Last 6 digits for the Credit Card on file.
- Old User Name / Email address for the account (optional)
- Link for the survey in the account (optional)
- Relationship with the Account Owner - Self/Billing Dept/Ex-Employee/etc.
