How to change personel information (email, password, name, etc.)
To update your information go to:
- Login » Surveys » My Account (Top Right Corner)

Important: Email address is used for logging in. If you change the email address on your account, please use the same updated email address for logging in.
Click on the Update User Profile link to change the user profile. To change password click on the Change Password link.

Will this affect billing information in any way?
This information should reflect the actual user/administrator for the account. Billing information will not be affected/chaged if you update user profile information.
