Primarily our application is used of Online (self-administered) surveys only. However it is possible for you to collect data over the phone or via. paper.
Collecting Data via. Phone Interviews
The easiest way of collecting data over the phone is to have the "Interviewer" take the survey multiple times on behalf of the end-user. In order to do this, you'll have to bookmark the "Disable Duplicate Checking URL" (See below) -- The "Interviewer" will then have to go to the bookmarked Survey multiple times (once for each interview) and record the responses that the end-user answers over the phone.
Collecting Data via. Paper Surveys
This also basically follows the same principle - you'll have a data-entry operator enter in all the surveys by hand (ie. take the surveys) and the responses will be collected and coded.
