What is a Cross-Tab?
The Cross-Tabulation tool allows you to measure interaction between two questions (variables). You can access the Cross-Tabulation tool on the View Results page under Online Tools
Under Cross-Tabulation You can select the Questions you want to generate the Cross-Tab report on and click on the "Create Online Cross Tab" button to generate the report. What question types are supported for Cross-Tabulation?
All question types with Choice data (Muliple Choice, Single Choice, Matrix, Likert etc.) are supported. Why are my total in the Cross-Tabulation different from my totals in the individual frequency analysis?
The Cross-Tabulation tool only takes into consideration all the respondents that have responded to both the questions -- In branched/multipage surveys there will be drop-outs. |
