How can I add N/A (Not Applicable) option to Matrix questions?
When adding a Matrix question you can check mark the box for Not Applicable Option. The text for the N/A option can be customized.

On the survey the N/A option will be displayed seperated by a divider.

What is the result of checking the N/A box?
This will display a separate column for N/A
Is it included in the scoring (or mean calculation)?
No, the N/A option is not included in the reports/ mean calculations
